Clients and Services Page
Who are our clients?
These include individuals, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), large companies, groups, public or private universities, etc.
And, of course, self-employed foreign individuals and companies, whom we represent nationally in France (INPI) or Switzerland (IPI) or before the European Patent Office (EPO) or the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO).
What exactly do we do for our clients?
When our client(s) has made an invention, we can :

Carry out a documentary search for the invention in national and international patent databases,

Check whether the invention can be freely exploited in relation to third-party patents,

Draw up contracts relating to the invention (assignment, operating license, etc.),

Defending the patentability of the invention until the patent is granted,

Assisting our clients in the steps they need to take to assert their rights before the competent courts (infringement action, etc.).

Study the patentability of the invention,

Draft and file a national patent application (French or Swiss), a European patent application or an international application, in order to protect the invention in countries of interest to our client,

Extend the protection of the invention abroad,

Maintain the patent in force, if necessary, for its full legal term (20 years) and/or
Customer threatened with or subject to infringement proceedings
When our customer(s) has received threats (formal notice, etc.) or is the subject of legal action for infringement (summons, etc.), we help them to organize their defense, where necessary, working hand in hand with lawyers we know well who specialize in industrial property and particularly patent law.
Finally, when our client(s) is an individual, an employee or former employee in France who has made an invention, we can help them assert their rights against their (ex-)employer and beyond, if necessary, in the event of conflict or litigation, before the Commission Nationale des Inventions de Salarié (CNIS, France) or even the Tribunal judiciaire de Paris (France).
We also provide technical translation services.
Our presence in both France and Switzerland allows us to offer our clients the best strategy to protect their inventions.
